The Program Coordinator – Culture & Talent reports directly to the HR Director and supports initiatives that strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and build a sustainable talent pipeline. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing programs related to employee engagement, recruiting support, onboarding, and retention efforts. The Program Coordinator will work closely with leadership and employees in both office and field environments to help ensure culture and talent initiatives are effectively implemented and positively impact the organization.
