About The Position

The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is seeking a Coordinator, Student Conduct and Safety to support Residential Life's student conduct process and related programs. This position gains hands-on experience managing residence hall conduct cases, helps develop and oversee the department's conduct process, and trains University and Residential Life staff on conduct procedures. The Coordinator manages conduct cases across the residence hall system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master’s Degree and one (1) year of related work experience
  • Related Experience: Conduct management, supervision, leadership experience, OR experience in two of the following areas: student conduct, assessment, student development theory, residential/apartment management, crisis management or general business/administrative functions or related experience.
  • Nevada Driver’s License
  • Complete University Driver Safety Course

  • Developing and overseeing the department's conduct process
  • Training University and Residential Life staff on conduct procedures
  • Managing conduct cases across the residence hall system
