About The Position

The Social Media Coordinator occupies a central role in the conception, editing and coordination of social media activities. The Coordinator is also responsible for the optimization of the brand’s presence on social media.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and a passion for digital trends.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using web analytics tools and preparing performance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Bilingualism (English and French, both written and spoken) is required to effectively support our customers, partners, and internal teams across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for writing, reviewing and editing marketing material and coordinating social media activities
• Builds and grows social media presence on current & emerging social networks
• Monitors & engages in online conversations, including responding in a timely manner to mentions across all avenues
• Analyses campaign effectiveness through analysis and makes recommendations for future campaigns to optimize resources
• Manages social calendar that is distributed on a weekly basis to our key partners
• Assists with the creation and management of monthly content calendars
• Coordinates all requests for merchandise for Bloggers and special projects marketing initiatives
