About The Position

Phillips Academy is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Coordinator, Regional Based-Engagement to support alumni engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Regional Based-Engagement, the coordinator will manage regional events, support volunteers and committees, assist with communications, and maintain engagement data. The role also provides administrative support and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Some evening and weekend work is required for events and meetings. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two to four years of administrative or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with CRM or database platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education experience preferred.
• Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or Blackbaud experience is a plus.
• Interest in alumni engagement, fundraising, or volunteer relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional alumni events, including invitations, RSVP tracking, logistics, and follow-up communications.
• Support regional volunteers and committees, including coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare itineraries, and draft correspondence.
• Maintain constituent records, analyze engagement data, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
• Provide administrative support while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
