Requirements

  • Abstraction of clinical quality data for public (and other) reporting requirements for all Adena hospital locations.
  • Supports quality activities according to service line, certification and regulatory requirements and initiatives.
  • Development and maintaining internal quality data dashboards.
  • Analytical support, and reports trends and opportunities for improvement to Quality leadership, stakeholders, teams, and committees accordingly.
  • Monitoring new standards and changes to measure sets.
  • Educating key stakeholders on measure specifications.
  • Liaison between outsourced abstraction services and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to and assists the Director of Infection Prevention and Quality Reporting Programs to maintain compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for applicable programs (CMS, TJC, etc.).
  • Provides oversight of all duties associated with the abstraction of clinical quality data for public (and other) reporting requirements for all Adena hospital locations.
  • Supports quality activities according to service line, certification and regulatory requirements and initiatives.
  • Responsible for development and maintaining internal quality data dashboards.
  • Provides analytical support, and reports trends and opportunities for improvement to Quality leadership, stakeholders, teams, and committees accordingly.
  • Ensures that new standards and changes to measure sets are monitored, and that key stakeholders are educated on measure specifications.
  • Serves as the liaison between outsourced abstraction services and platforms.
