About The Position
The Coordinator Patient Care on D4 Orthopedics provides compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team. The role includes assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions and progress; administering medications and treatments according to care plans; communicating with patients, families, and team members; and supporting quality improvement and safety standards. Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
