About The Position
This role involves setting up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information and prescriptions for delivery. You will be responsible for verifying and inputting payment methods using Walmart systems to process patient information and delivery details. Additionally, you will log calls and customer information, including name, date of birth, address, and payment method, and notate call information such as how to ship orders. You will provide customer service to pharmacy patients by responding to calls and emails, utilizing Walmart systems and training manuals to resolve inquiries. Maintaining the confidentiality of patient health information is crucial. You will also process and submit call requests for refills, transfers, payments, new prescription requests, and pricing requests, and identify and resolve discrepancies in customer orders and research billing issues.
