About The Position

Sony Pictures Television Marketing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Operations & Post Services to support the day-to-day management, tracking, and delivery of marketing assets across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Asset Management & Production Technology within the Sony Pictures Television Creative Marketing group, the role provides day-to-day support across Digital Asset Management and Marketing Operations. The Coordinator manages recurring asset intake, organization, tracking, delivery coordination, repository administration, Airtable records, documentation, and user support, and contributes to selected operational initiatives led by the Executive Director, Marketing Operations. By owning defined recurring workflows, the Coordinator helps create capacity for the Manager to lead broader DAM strategy, governance, infrastructure, and responsible AI-enabled integrations. The role partners with Creative Marketing and stakeholder groups across Sony Pictures Television Franchise & Marketing groups while operating within defined DAM and Marketing Operations service boundaries. The position owns operational coordination and stewardship of approved assets, not general post-production or creative-production ownership. In-scope work includes request intake and triage, clip pulling, source-asset collection, repository organization, metadata, permissions, asset linking, delivery coordination, tracking, documentation, reporting, and support for searchable, shareable, self-service repositories. Editing, finishing, mastering, color grading, and technical quality control of finished content remain with the accountable creative, production, post-production, or vendor teams.
