Coordinator, Operations & Post Services

Sony Pictures Entertainment•Culver City, CA

About The Position

Sony Pictures Television Marketing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Coordinator, Operations & Post Services to support the daily management, tracking, and delivery of marketing assets across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Asset Management & Production Technology within the Sony Pictures Television Creative Marketing group, the Coordinator supports Digital Asset Management and Marketing Operations. The role owns recurring workflows involving asset intake, organization, tracking, delivery coordination, repository administration, Airtable records, documentation, and user support. It also contributes to selected operational initiatives led by the Executive Director, Marketing Operations. The Coordinator provides operational coordination and stewardship of approved assets, helping keep them structured, named, tagged, findable, shareable, and connected to relevant project records. The role works with repositories including network volume storage, Microsoft SharePoint, Box, Ci, PIX, and other asset management systems. It supports Creative Marketing stakeholders while working within defined DAM and Marketing Operations service boundaries. Post-production execution—including editing, finishing, mastering, color grading, and technical quality control of finished content—is outside the role’s scope and remains with accountable creative, production, post-production, or vendor teams. The position also maintains project and delivery information in Airtable, supports repository access and user guidance, and assists with documentation, reporting, workflow testing, and operational rollouts. Prior experience with the listed repositories is appreciated but not required. The anticipated base salary is $30 to $37 per hour; the role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual salary depends on factors including qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or licenses, and, if applicable, location.

  • Coordinate meetings and capture decisions, owners, dependencies, and next steps when needed.
  • Assist with system testing, workflow pilots, and operational rollouts.
  • Support documentation of repeatable processes, service standards, and team best practices.
  • Prepare routine reports summarizing request volume, delivery status, turnaround times, asset availability, and workflow issues.
  • Provide administrative and project-coordination support for DAM, production technology, and priority Marketing Operations initiatives as assigned and capacity allows.
