The Coordinator of the Office of Community Building and Engagement (COCBE) provides strong and reliable assistance to the COCBE, especially in their absence. This role supports the COCBE and an executive assistant shared with the Office of Mission and Identity, ensuring continuous support and sustainability when the COCBE is away from the office. The position involves assisting with the design and implementation of cultural programming, trainings, presentations, events, and special projects. It also includes logistical and programmatic support, organizing information for reports, and maintaining data for the Bias Education Awareness Team (BEAT) for institutional reports. The Coordinator may also participate in college and university committee activities on behalf of the COCBE and handles confidential and sensitive matters.
