About The Position

The Coordinator I PBP Project Administrator coordinates people, processes, information, and resources to strengthen collaboration and advance the General Assembly’s shared mission through Presbyterian Life & Witness (PL&W) and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This individual-contributor position has responsibilities that evolve with program demands and may involve planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating projects within a large program area or stand-alone programs. The role may manage one or more smaller projects, performs complex and non-routine programmatic duties, and operates under general supervision with a moderate to high degree of judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making. Working with the Senior Director, the coordinator supports General Assembly priorities and directives, cross-ministry initiatives, shared operational processes, communication, and continuous improvement. The position coordinates collaboration across ministry areas and helps translate shared priorities into coordinated action and measurable outcomes. It also supports consistent workflows and shared administrative processes, including grants, finance, purchasing, and expenses, and may provide temporary backup for program-level administration. This is a full-time hybrid position in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is largely sedentary, may require occasional lifting up to 15 pounds, and may require occasional overnight, out-of-town travel.
