About The Position

This role focuses on fostering a fun, engaging, and team member-focused atmosphere that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy and promotes a customer-centric culture. The Coordinator will support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, recruiting and onboarding, HR compliance, and training programs. This position requires building positive working relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a resource for team members.

Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other office equipment.
  • Frequently required to use hands and arms to reach, handle, and operate office equipment.
  • Occasionally required to bend, stoop, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to move throughout the property to support HR operations, team member events, onboarding activities, and recruiting efforts.
  • Work is performed in an office and casino environment and may include exposure to bright lights, elevated noise levels, and occasional stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun, engaging, and team member-focused atmosphere.
  • Promote Bally's customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service to both guests and team members.
  • Support internal communications by creating, editing, and distributing content through email, the company intranet, digital messaging platforms, newsletters, and employee announcements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and culture-building activities.
  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate communication, new hire orientation, and enhancing the overall new hire experience.
  • Process employee transactions, maintain accurate records within the HRIS, and ensure the integrity of employee data.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including Illinois Gaming Board licensing, policy administration, record keeping, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs while providing administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and serve as a resource for team member questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
