About The Position

TMRW Sports is seeking a Coordinator, Group Sales - Golf to help drive group ticket revenue and fan engagement across both TGL and WTGL. This role will focus on identifying, cultivating, and closing group sales opportunities, with a primary emphasis on arena fixed-seating packages, hospitality offerings, and theme-night activations.

The ideal candidate is an energetic seller and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating memorable fan experiences, and is passionate about growing attendance and engagement around live sporting events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in ticket sales, group sales, sports business, hospitality, events, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.
• Passion for sports, live events, and delivering exceptional fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate new group sales business with a focus on arena seating packages for TGL and WTGL events.
• Support premium hospitality and season membership sales. Assist in generating meetings and opportunities for the premium sales team.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with corporations, community organizations, golf clubs, membership associations, schools, and other potential group buyers.
• Coordinate group ticket fulfillment and ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase through event execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for group clients, addressing questions, requests, and event-day needs.
• Assist with game-day and event operations related to group outings, hospitality experiences, and customer activations.
• Collaborate with other members of the Live Events team and align with the Partnerships team to develop and execute group sales programs, theme nights, and fan engagement initiatives and activations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline updates, and client communications within CRM systems and provide timely reports to revenue and event leaders.
• Support outbound sales campaigns, lead generation efforts, and marketing initiatives designed to drive attendance and revenue.
• Participate in product mix development and pricing recommendations for group sales opportunities, implementing real-time feedback from clients and prospects.
