The team consists of P&C Business Partners who provide designated support to each Global group and Global leader, and P&C Advisors who work closely with leadership in each of the core locations. Together, the team is responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for our people, irrespective of whether they are in long-term Global roles or shorter secondments. GRC Operations have a goal of achieving 'Operational Excellence'- to have a highly efficient, fiscally responsible and smooth operating high performing organization. We are committed to providing customer service excellence, sound operational policies and protocols that contribute to individual and operational excellence in support of our organizational goals and people. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations & HR and as a member of the GRC Operations Team, the Operations/HR Coordinator will provide direct support to the business units within the GRC and KPMGI People & Culture team through routine and transactional administrative tasks.
