Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role.
  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and interact with high-level executives and their staffs both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong client service ethic.
  • Interest in media, marketing, and sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with Canva, Photoshop, CRMs, and other software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing and communications, including member communications, website updates, database management, and blog posts.
  • Plan, manage logistics, and provide support for a variety of virtual and in-person events.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems relevant to partner engagement.
  • Draft memos, decks, and other materials and conduct research to support team initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
