Innovating every day.™ Basic Purpose: Responsible for compliance oversight in alignment with all maintenance, environmental and safety requirements/regulatory agencies.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Must have computer experience, be proficient in math, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide operational/clerical support for the Maintenance Department and Engineering.
Generation of Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and work orders as they become due, closing, and filing at completion.
Maintain the Facility Maintenance Library
Provide EHS/GMP audit documentation support.
Maintain and control inventory in MRO.
Receive and issue MRO items to plant customers.
Use SAP to receive and issue purchase orders.
Interpret SDS information to ensure proper handling of MRO items.
Perform cycle counts as required to ensure a high level of inventory accuracy.
Monitor the usage of MRO items to maintain the appropriate level of stock (min/max).
Other duties as assigned.
