About The Position

This job coordinates routine maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment. It ensures facility modifications and preventive maintenance tasks are completed according to established protocols. The job supports facilities operations by tracking maintenance activities and coordinating with vendors under supervision.

Responsibilities

Monitoring mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, fans, generators, electrical switch gear and UPS under established maintenance protocols
Supporting facility modifications including furniture installations, office reconfigurations and electrical upgrades according to documented business requirements
Responding to facilities emergencies following standard operating procedures and escalating complex issues to supervision when needed
Conducting routine preventive maintenance checks on building equipment and systems while maintaining detailed service documentation
Coordinating with vendors and contractors to complete scheduled maintenance tasks under supervision of facilities management
Tracking maintenance activities and repair histories in facilities management systems according to department guidelines
Participating in facilities team meetings to identify recurring maintenance issues and suggest process improvements within established frameworks
Operating building systems and performing maintenance duties during assigned evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
