As a Facilities Coordinator at Bluegreen's Club 36 Resort, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success. This role provides general administrative support to ensure a safe and orderly work environment for the headquarters office building. You will mentor Receptionist, Mailroom Personnel, and Cleaning Associates, and assist the Facilities Manager with various requests. The role also involves occasional assistance with mail sorting and distribution, receiving and coding invoices, acting as the point of contact for couriers and vendors, and managing security badges. Troubleshooting security systems, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring office equipment is in working order, and covering the Receptionist desk during breaks are key duties. Maintaining a positive demeanor and acting as a liaison for facility repairs and maintenance are also essential. The position requires building and submitting departmental Purchase Orders.
