They adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals, and perform duties associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. This position assists in the development and planning of programs related to special events, promotions, entertainment, awareness, and media. The Coordinator is responsible for setting up and implementing all programs, promotions, and events. They assist in the preparation of submissions for IGB approval to ensure accuracy of documentation for each event, and assist in the creation and verification of promotional offers with casino systems. Additionally, they assist in the execution of social media and digital media content strategy and implementation. Other duties may be assigned.
