Requirements

  • Hospitality-oriented.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar role.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (50 pounds).
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest requests, coordinating logistics and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all guest requests in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Plan the daily operation of the butlers.
  • Assign butlers to their corresponding areas.
  • Contact arriving guests prior to their arrival and coordinate their requests as needed.
  • Identify and mark arriving guests appropriately.
  • Have knowledge of all Guest Services areas and be able to assist if necessary.
  • Stay informed about local attractions and services to assist guests.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service protocols.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
  • Be informed about the daily operations of the hotel, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and be aware of all changes, new procedures, and events.
  • Follow all company safety and health policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
