Requirements

Hospitality oriented
Previous experience in a hotel or similar role.
Able to lift heavy objects (50 pounds)
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities

Manages guest requests, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Coordinate and follow up with all guest requests accordingly and in a timely manner.
Plan the daily butler operation.
Assign Butlers to their corresponding areas.
Contact arriving guests prior to arrival and coordinate guest requests as needed.
Identify and flag arriving guests accordingly.
Be knowledgeable in all Guest Services Areas and able to assist if needed.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests.
Monitor service delivery and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement service protocols.
Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support teams to reach common goals.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
