About The Position

Provides various category and merchandising product support functions including executing and delivering vendor/material set up and management, standardized data reporting, and marketing communication/administrative tasks. Support product lifecycle management from introduction to discontinuance. Responsible for all category new vendor and item set up. Supports the execution and communication of product information related to portfolio management activities.

  • Product attribute maintenance (eCommerce information/image collection)
  • Price Equivalent data entry
  • Material source changes
  • Running and formatting standardized reporting
  • Competitive Market Review Pre-deck data
  • Vendor Business Reviews (VBR)
  • IFDA Partners Conference
  • Sales Kick-Off meetings (SKO)
  • Divisional Supplier Engagement (DSE)
  • Weekly/Monthly financial dashboards (connectivity to financial services)
  • Joint Business planning (JBP) monthly reporting and chart development for internal data
  • Customer Velocity Requests (customer/division/supplier)
  • Promotional rebate processing
  • Long term out of stock management
  • Communication of network cuts
  • Taxonomy maintenance
  • Brand material initiations in Workfront
  • Quality Credit Claims Processing
  • Works with vendors to recover costs as appropriate for these quality credits.
  • Works with Inventory Control / Quality Assurance to manage activity around returned products and ‘inspected’ products.
  • Collaborates with warehouse, transportation, and sales to facilitate best practices training on quality credits.
  • Prepares monthly and billing reports by collaborating and coordinating with the Home Office Finance team.
  • Maintain accurate records - scorecarding and results reporting.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve process, reporting, metrics and effectiveness of product quality (credits).
  • Adheres to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
