Requirements
- 1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations, with a working understanding of core principles across both functions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) preferred.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support account management and project delivery across two brands, including status reporting, meeting preparation, client communications, and risk tracking.
- Own executional projects independently, serving as the account and operations lead from brief through delivery.
- Help manage paid media and media creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and adherence to client regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit deliverables for legal review, ensuring all formats comply with client and regulatory standards.
- Help maintain accuracy across internal systems (project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs) keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
