(Chicago/Hybrid) The Brand Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of brand‑led events that advance the mission, visibility, and strategic priorities of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. This role manages end‑to‑end event logistics, partners cross‑functionally to ensure brand‑aligned execution and contributes to continuous improvement of event processes and standards. This position requires frequent domestic travel, including back‑to‑back events, and the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments. The coordinator serves as an on‑site representative of the organization, demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and strong interpersonal skills while stewarding relationships with partners, vendors, and attendees. This position will report to the Brand Marketing Manager. This position is based in our Chicago headquarters. We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position is required. Minimum of 2 years of full‑time experience in event coordination, event management, or experiential marketing is required. Experience supporting fundraising, outreach, or brand‑driven events in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations is preferred.
