Requirements

  • H.S. diploma.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, scheduling, tracking, and prioritization.
  • Ability to organize schedules, deadlines, and multiple concurrent requests.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.

  • Strong interest in current events and pop culture as related to assigned channels and programs, specifically Hip Hop and R&B.
  • Comfort working with talent, artists, and high-profile individuals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work an as-needed schedule that may include early-morning coverage beginning at 6:30 a.m. PT.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within the entertainment or media industry is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience within a talent-relations function is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate visiting artists, interview schedules, and technical riders.
  • Cover artist studio visits across all genres, including as-needed early-morning programming coverage beginning at 6:30 a.m. PT.
  • Handle security access and parking needs.
  • Coordinate internal content-capture schedules and calendar invitations.
  • Maintain internal tracking documents across SiriusXM and Pandora.
  • Handle greenroom and hospitality requests for visiting guests.
  • Serve as a runner for talent when needed.
  • Scan, organize, and file releases and photos in shared drives.
  • Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits.
  • Assist with asset collection for SiriusXM and Pandora.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate routine artist-visit logistics using established Artist & Industry Relations procedures and escalate unusual, sensitive, or high-risk issues to the appropriate lead.
  • Resolve routine scheduling and guest-service issues within established guidelines; seek direction when requests affect security, spending, programming priorities, or approved schedules.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests and confirm priorities with the manager when artist visits or programming needs conflict.
