This full-time position is scheduled for 35 hours per week. The position performs a wide variety of daily tasks required to administer academic programs and events in the Department of Religion (RN), the Muslim Studies Program (MSP), and the Institute for Philosophy and Religion (IPR). Serves as the primary contact and information resource by fielding inquiries via telephone, e-mail, US mail, and in person. Provides administrative assistance to the RN Department Chair, RN Department Administrator, Director of Undergraduate Studies, Director of Graduate Studies, and Department faculty in RN, and Program Directors in MSP and IPR. Coordinates monthly faculty meetings, faculty-grad student gatherings, and special events and lecture series.
