The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of four years of progressive work experience as a senior administrative assistant or administrative assistant, and a broad knowledge of university operations and policies. Strong discretion, organization, advanced computer skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, research skills, and the ability to adapt to new technology and a fast-paced environment are essential. Supervisory skills are preferred.
