About The Position

The Brokerage Coordinator provides administrative and marketing support to a team of real estate brokers, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality client deliverables. This role involves coordinating marketing materials, managing property listings, supporting client activities, and liaising with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced brokerage environment while supporting multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an interest in commercial real estate are essential for success in this role. Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to provide support to five Real Estate Brokers, working closely with another Brokerage Coordinator as well as a Marketing Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, which is the primary language of work at Cushman & Wakefield Montréal.
  • A working knowledge of English is required to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues outside Québec and to consult documentation available only in English.
  • University degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a brokerage, marketing, administrative, or related support role.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise work requests effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Interest in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to Brokers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Assist with client space searches and property tours, including regular communication with landlords, brokers, and external real estate partners via phone and email.
  • Create, format, update, and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, case studies, email campaigns, maps, bios, and broker materials using corporate standard templates.
  • Apply corporate branding guidelines to all marketing materials and ensure consistency in look and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Research, and other departments) based on the needs of Brokers and clients.
  • Track timelines and support the timely delivery of marketing and client materials by maintaining marketing schedules and coordinating communications.
  • Participate in strategy sessions with Brokers and other departments to help generate creative and innovative ideas for pursuits and listings.
  • Collect and prepare information for client activity reports.
  • Manage and update Brokers’ website content and social media presence, as required.
  • Coordinate vendor services such as photography and aerial imaging.
  • Upload and maintain new property listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Cushman & Wakefield website, Centris, LoopNet, etc.).
  • Manage client cards, gifts, and holiday communications.
  • Provide backup support to Brokers as required.
