The Department of Commerce is seeking a Coordinated Entry Team Manager (MA5) to provide leadership and oversight for the Data & Performance Unit's (DPU) Coordinated Entry program within Washington's Balance of State Continuum of Care. This role involves supervising the Coordinated Entry team, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Coordinated Entry requirements and other applicable federal and state regulations, and leading the implementation of Coordinated Entry initiatives outlined in the 2024–2029 State Homeless Housing Strategic Plan. The manager will be responsible for statewide Coordinated Entry policy development, compliance monitoring, technical assistance, performance improvement, governance support, and cross-system collaboration to ensure equitable, consistent, and effective access to housing resources. This position is crucial for maintaining Commerce's compliance with federal Continuum of Care requirements, supporting community partners, and advancing statewide strategies to reduce homelessness.
