The Coordinated Entry Specialist staffs the front door of Mission Services. The Specialist receives people who come for help, runs the standard coordinated entry assessment, prioritizes each person by need, and routes them to the right program with a clean handoff. The Specialist records every contact in CaseWorthy and keeps the front-door file accurate and audit-ready. This is a front-line intake role. It is not a clinical role and not a long-term case management role. When a person needs clinical care or ongoing case management, the Specialist routes them to it. The Coordinated Entry Specialist reports to the Community Triage Manager and works as part of the intake team. This is an onsite position. The Specialist works across: Stabilization programs, including Veterans Services Economic Mobility programs, including Subsidized Employment and Employer Engagement External referral partners, including county, VA, shelter, and reentry sources
