Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating digital product projects or initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, in digital transformation environments.
• Technical background: experience directly participating in the development of digital products, either from an engineering or product management role (Product Manager or Technical Product Manager).
• Experience applying agile methodologies and management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar).
• Intermediate English.

Nice To Haves

• Desirable certification in project management or agile methodologies (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMP, or similar).
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or launching new digital businesses.
• Facilitation skills, change management, and influence without formal authority, with a data and results orientation (OKRs, KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of digital product initiatives, ensuring the fulfillment of deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Facilitate planning, follow-up, and feedback sessions with business, product, and technology teams, promoting effective and collaborative execution.
• Collaborate with business leaders in defining and prioritizing initiatives, aligning them with the area's objectives and the digital transformation and product agenda.
• Identify and resolve obstacles, manage inter-area dependencies, and drive continuous improvement of critical business processes.
• Monitor performance indicators and project progress, and communicate results to management.
• Goals and expected achievements: increase efficiency and predictability in initiative delivery, strengthen new ways of working within teams, and contribute to the launch of new digital products and services.
