Requirements

• Availability to travel
• Degree in Administrative Informatics, Computer Engineering, Data, or related fields.
• Intermediate English (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in information management, MDM, Data Quality, databases, process documentation, and data standards.
• Knowledge in SAP modules MM/SD.
• Proficiency in Excel and use of EBX MDM 7 DQ or similar tools for master data quality measurement.
• Fundamental understanding of data, tables, data flows, rules, and standards.

Nice To Haves

• Participation in data quality or data management (MDM) projects.
• Use of TIBCO EBX MDM/DQ tool.
• Use of SAP S4 Hana.
• DAMA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, communicate, and improve the data governance strategy within Arca Continental to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Audit and communicate KPIs and controls for monitoring data quality, as well as maintenance of data, standards, and rules according to reforms in local and global laws.
• Document, analyze, and update standards, data rules, and procedures that ensure good practices for data management and governance.
• Ensure alignment of rules defined by data owners and stewards.
• Manage best practices in data governance and procedures to ensure a global strategy and integration of these across countries and operations.
• Reduce operational errors and improve service levels to our internal and external clients.
