Requirements

  • University Education: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Administration Engineering, or similar (Degree or Professional License)
  • Basic English.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate the portfolio of carbonated beverages, emerging beverages, dairy products, seeds, and alcoholic beverages, for the development of brands and indicators within modern channel clients.
  • Generate and continuously communicate high-value information (daily, weekly, monthly) to strategic positions of the sales force and to the figures involved in the Leon/Darwin model in the modern channel.
  • Attend collaboration sessions to work together with the internal logistics area to define volume needs for the Jugos del Valle, Santa Clara, Ades, and emerging beverage categories.
  • Review and control, ensuring the alignment of product catalogs in the different modern channel chains, considering costs, packaging, barcodes, and descriptions, complying with the formats and guidelines indicated by each client, to avoid billing differences.
  • Communicate, organize, and monitor the product launch process in the modern channel for the Mexican Coca-Cola industry portfolio from the different group territories, ensuring the launch on the correct date, with the appropriate product for the clients and at the desired prices, until product availability is ensured with each modern channel client for whom the requested setup is processed.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and provide information generated by the AC Regions, with the objective of ensuring the implementation of negotiations carried out with each modern channel client. This information may include: exhibitor censuses, cooler censuses, price surveys, competitor activities, assortment opportunities, cataloging opportunities, etc.
  • Administer and communicate commercial charges made by modern channel clients to the administration department for integration into the organization's expenses.
