About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly expanding late-night dessert company, and we are seeking Delivery Drivers for our new Chicago Union Station location. As a Delivery Driver, you are the primary representative of the company to our customers, delivering "Cookie Magic" to fans wherever they may be. This role is crucial as you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face of Insomnia Cookies seen by customers outside the bakery.

Requirements

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
Must have a smartphone with a data plan
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, both in-person and by phone.
Utilize Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
