About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is seeking Delivery Drivers for its Ardmore store. As a Delivery Driver, you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face of Insomnia Cookies that customers see outside the bakery. You will deliver warm cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers, providing quality customer service and representing the brand. When not delivering, you will assist with preparing orders, welcoming guests, and keeping the bakery running smoothly. The role involves a mix of driving, hospitality, and teamwork, aiming to deliver moments people remember.

Requirements

• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
