About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly growing, late-night sweet indulgence company seeking Delivery Drivers for its new Chicago Union Station location. As a Delivery Driver, you are the "Boots on the ground" and a primary representative of the company to customers, delivering "Cookie Magic" to fans. The role involves ensuring order accuracy, timely and safe deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing the company's delivery app for status updates.

Requirements

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
Must have a smartphone with data plan
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
