About The Position

The Cook prepares meals by following recipes and using cooking methods and equipment such as grills and fryers. The role supports the kitchen team, operates equipment safely, and helps maintain food quality and supply inventory. Responsibilities also include receiving and inspecting products, packaging, labeling and dating them, following health and safety and HACCP procedures, and cleaning, stocking, and rotating inventory. The schedule may vary across Sunday through Saturday, between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. The position is based at I-80 Exit 221, Sinclair, Wyoming.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and work from floor to eye level.
• Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees.
• Must complete a food safety class within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals by following recipes and using a variety of cooking methods and tools, including grills and fryers.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and fryers safely.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.
• Receive, inspect, package, label, and date products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, including product verification and documentation.
• Clean kitchen areas and equipment, maintain freshness, and rotate and stock inventory.
• Assist the team in food preparation and service.
