About The Position
The Cook at Heritage Greens prepares and presents high-quality food for residents, guests, and associates, helping create an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere. The role involves producing creatively designed cuisine, following menus, production sheets, and recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and completing dining-service records and invoice delivery. Availability for both 11 a.m.–7 p.m. and 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shifts is needed.
Requirements
- Have one to three years of cooking experience.
- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required.
- Be a high school graduate (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine.
- Cook according to menus, production sheets, and recipes.
- Maintain the kitchen and food preparation areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Deliver all invoices to the Dining Services Director in a timely fashion.
- Maintain records of meals served and records of food and supplies used as required.
