The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items properly in accordance with printed orders and plating instructions, avoiding waste in preparation. This role involves portioning and preparing various food items, performing basic prep cooking, and ensuring all food is prepared and stored safely and correctly. The Cook must also maintain a clean and orderly work environment, follow instructions from supervisors, and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires the ability to handle pressure during peak hours, communicate effectively, and work safely. Additionally, the Cook must comply with the company's recycling program and be cost-conscious in their work.
