About The Position

Beef 'O' Brady's is hiring cooks for its Tampa location. Cooks prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specifications, taking pride in food quality and fast service. The role is in a fun, fast-paced environment where positive attitudes and teamwork are important. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, based on applicable state and local requirements.
• Be available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Be able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specification charts in English.
• Be able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Be able to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Work in an environment with heat from equipment and the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specifications.
• Provide fast service and contribute to guest satisfaction.
