Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation and production within a professional kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform kitchen tasks including standing for extended periods and moving objects safely.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a healthcare setting.
• Speaking and reading English fluently enables clear communication with the kitchen team and healthcare staff, ensuring accurate meal preparation and delivery.
• Manual dexterity is critical for handling kitchen tools and ingredients efficiently, while physical stamina allows the cook to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like climbing stairs and moving objects safely.
• Working alongside the Head Chef requires teamwork and the ability to follow detailed instructions to maintain kitchen workflow.

Responsibilities
