About The Position

Join Levy Restaurants at the University of St. Thomas as a Cook, where you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality dishes for Tommy hockey and basketball games in the Lee & Penny Arena, as well as other sporting events at the University of St. Thomas.

This part-time, event-based position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and are committed to delivering exceptional food.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle high-volume production.
• Passion for culinary excellence and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and appetizers, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality and consistency to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
