About The Position
Crowne Plaza Asheville is seeking a reliable, skilled PM Cook for afternoon and evening shifts. The role is in a full-service hotel kitchen supporting the Overlook restaurant, banquets, and in-room dining. The cook prepares consistent food for hotel guests and groups and supports smooth, timely kitchen service. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items, banquet plates, and specials during the PM shift.
- Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Work with the team to execute service smoothly and on time.
- Help with prep, plating, and other support across the kitchen.
- Represent the hotel professionally to hotel guests.
