About The Position
The Cook will join the kitchen team at Crowne Plaza Asheville, working afternoon and evening shifts in a full-service hotel kitchen serving the Overlook restaurant, banquets, and in-room dining. The role involves preparing consistent food for hotel guests and groups and supporting smooth kitchen service.
Requirements
- Must be team oriented, empathetic, and friendly, and show initiative.
- Must be able to represent the hotel professionally to hotel guests.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items, banquet plates, and specials during the PM shift.
- Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Work with the team to execute service smoothly and on time.
- Assist with preparation, plating, and other kitchen support as needed.
