Requirements

A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma; required.
Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English to interpret schedules and menus, complete forms, perform measurements, and interact effectively with guests and co-workers.
The ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.
The ability to operate a steamer, fryer, oven, etc.
The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 71 - 80 pounds.

Nice To Haves

An Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
