About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part-time Cook for its senior living community in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The community has 32 beds across Memory Care and Assisted Living. This position includes a mix of half-day weekday shifts and full-day weekend shifts. Menus are planned in advance; the Cook is responsible for cooking and cleanup.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Passionate about the well-being of older adults.
- Adaptable and flexible, and comfortable with work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work autonomously with little direction.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience as a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server.
- Experience in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Cook meals using menus planned in advance.
- Clean up after cooking.
