About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part-time Cook for its senior living community in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. The community has 32 beds across Memory Care and Assisted Living. Menus are planned in advance; the Cook is responsible for cooking and cleanup. The schedule includes every other weekend from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekday shifts from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The role combines full-day weekend shifts with half-day weekday shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Passion for the well-being of older adults.
• Adaptability and flexibility when work frequently changes direction.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.

Nice To Haves

• Related experience as a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server is highly preferred.
• Experience in a senior living community is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook meals using menus planned in advance.
