About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part-time Cook for its senior living community in Crystal, Minnesota. The community has 32 beds in Memory Care and Assisted Living. This role works a mix of half-day weekday shifts and full-day weekend shifts. Menus are planned in advance; the Cook is responsible for cooking and cleanup. The position is suited to someone who is dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, passionate about older adults’ well-being, and comfortable working independently with little direction.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Passion for the well-being of the elderly community.
• Adaptability and flexibility, including comfort with frequent shifts in direction.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.

Nice To Haves

• Related experience as a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server.
• Experience in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Cook meals using menus planned in advance.
• Clean up after cooking.
