About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part-time Cook for its senior living community in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The position works a mix of full-day weekend shifts and half-day weekday shifts. The community has 32 beds across Memory Care and Assisted Living. Menus are planned in advance; the Cook is responsible for cooking and clean-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Passionate about the well-being of the elderly community.
- Adaptable and flexible, and comfortable with work requiring frequent shifts in direction.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work autonomously with little direction.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience as a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server is highly preferred.
- Experience in a senior living community is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to menus planned in advance.
- Clean up after cooking.
