About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part-time Cook for its senior living community in Anoka, Minnesota. The community has 32 beds across Memory Care and Assisted Living. The role involves cooking and cleanup; menus are planned in advance. The schedule includes full-day weekend shifts every other weekend from 10 AM to 6 PM and weekday shifts from 2 PM to 6 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Passionate about the well-being of older adults.
- Adaptable and flexible, and comfortable with work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work autonomously with little direction.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience as a cook, chef, dietary aide, or server.
- Experience in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Cook meals using menus planned in advance.
- Complete kitchen cleanup.
